This policy describes how matteomisiani.studio collects and processes the personal data of those who visit the site or get in touch. Processing complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

The controller is Matteo Misiani (VAT 18601291000), based in Rome, Italy.

Contact form

When you write via the form we collect name, email, optional company and the message content.

  • Purpose: replying to your contact requests.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures (art. 6 GDPR).
  • Retention: 24 months from receipt.
  • Emails are delivered through the provider Resend (USA, under Standard Contractual Clauses).

Call booking · Calendly

If you book an intro call via Calendly we collect name, email and time zone.

  • Purpose: managing the appointment booking.
  • Calendly LLC acts as an independent controller: data is processed under its privacy policy.

Hosting · Vercel

The site is hosted on Vercel, which automatically collects technical logs, IP address and browser information.

  • Purpose: hosting and site security.
  • Vercel Inc. acts as an independent controller for these technical purposes: see its privacy policy.
  • This data is processed solely for technical purposes, not for profiling.

AI tools

To deliver services to clients we use AI tools internally (including Anthropic's Claude).

  • No personal data of site users is sent to AI systems.
  • Client project data is handled under separate contractual agreements.

Your rights

You can exercise at any time the rights under arts. 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing.

To exercise them write to matteo@matteomisiani.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (gpdp.it).

Non-EU transfers

Calendly and Vercel operate in the United States. Data transfers take place with adequate safeguards under the GDPR, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
