An AI that only knows your data. And never sends it out.

It runs on your server or on a European server, with open models. It reads your manuals, procedures, contracts, price lists and records. It answers your staff citing the document and the page.

  • Open model on your server or in the EU
  • Every answer cites its source
  • Role-based access, complete log
The problem

The answers are already there. They're just buried in the documents.

  1. How a complaint is handled, what a group costs, who to call if the lift gets stuck. And whoever knows the answer stops working to give it.
  2. Manuals in three versions, contracts in a shared folder, price lists in a sheet only one person opens.
  3. Contracts, files, customer records. Sending them to an external service means letting them leave the company.
How it works

Four steps, all inside your own house.

  1. 01CollectionWe choose the documentsManuals, procedures, contracts, price lists, records. You decide what goes in and what doesn't.
  2. 02InstallationI install it on your serverOn site or on a European server. Open model, no external service to call.
  3. 03ReadingThe system reads and indexesEvery page is remembered with its document, so every answer has a source.
  4. 04UseYour staff asksFrom an internal page or the chat you already use. Answer, document, page.
What stays yours

The model, the data, the server. All three.

No subscription to an external service. You can update or change it without asking anyone's permission.
Documents, questions and answers stay on your server. That's why the demo counter reads 0 bytes.
On site or in a data centre in Europe. I hand you access and keys.
GDPR and AI Act

Less data around, fewer things to justify.

Data isn't transferred to third parties outside the EU. Fewer suppliers to list in the processing register, fewer transfers to justify.
I hand you in writing what the system does, which data it works on and who supervises it. It's the basis you need for your own assessment.
Every answer names its source and stays in the log. If someone asks “where does this information come from?”, the answer is there.

I'm not a lawyer. I give you the technical documentation; legal assessments stay with your advisor or DPO.

Questions

The doubts before trusting it.

What's the difference with pasting documents into ChatGPT?

There the documents leave the company and end up on another company's servers. Here the model runs on a server you control, yours or European: questions and documents go nowhere.

Is an open model good enough?

To answer about your documents, yes: the hard part is finding the right passage, and there how the system is built matters more than the model. In the written quote I tell you which one I use and why, and you try it before deciding.

What if it makes up an answer?

Every answer shows document and page. If the information isn't there, it says so. You can see it in the demo: ask something that isn't in the documents.

Do we need to buy a server?

Not necessarily. You can use a server you already have, a new one on site or one rented in Europe. The written quote lists the options with the cost of each.

Who can see what?

It's decided by groups: reception sees the procedures, administration also sees the contracts. Every question stays in a log only you can see.

When we update a document?

You put it in the folder and the system reads it again. The old version stops being cited.

Let's start

Tell me which documents you have.I'll tell you what can be done with them.

I reply myself, within 48 hours, with a written, fixed-price quote. No document is sent before signing a confidentiality agreement.
